Grounded support for self-leadership, transition, and complexity

I work with high-achieving professionals and leaders who are navigating responsibility, change, or a sense that something isn’t quite working, even if, on the surface, things look successful.

Often, this shows up as:

  1.  second-guessing decisions
  2. overthinking or trying to get things “right”
  3. feeling the pressure to perform, while something feels off underneath

This work offers a steadier way to lead yourself with more clarity, energy, and direction.

It is not performance-driven coaching or quick-fix development.

It is psychologically informed, reflective work that respects pace, context, and depth while still supporting meaningful change in how you think, decide, and show up.

There are three primary ways to work with me:

1 – Guided Positive Intelligence® Programme

Mental Fitness Foundation – €1,200

An 8-week structured cohort experience to help you reduce overthinking, manage internal pressure, and respond more steadily in demanding situations.

This programme is designed to improve performance, wellbeing and relationships


What this work supports

Over the 8 weeks, you’ll build practical skills to help you:

  • recognise and interrupt unhelpful thinking patterns
  • respond more calmly under pressure
  • create more space between what happens and how you react
  • reduce the mental load of constant overthinking
  • develop more consistent focus and presence in your day-to-day

How the programme works

This is a structured experience combining learning, practice, and integration.

It includes:

  • weekly guided sessions
  • structured learning modules to build understanding step by step
  • short, daily app-based practices to build consistency
  • twelve months of app access
  • coach-guided integration to help you apply the work in real situations

The approach is focused on building mental fitness through small, repeated practices.

2 – Self-Leadership Immersion

4-Month Coaching Experience – €2,997

For high-achieving professionals ready to lead themselves with clarity, energy, and conviction instead of pressure and overthinking.

You may be doing well on the outside.

But internally, it can feel like:

  • You second-guess decisions, even when you know what you’re doing
  • You spend a lot of time trying to get things right and still doubt it
  • You hold back in conversations until you feel fully prepared
  • You replay situations in your head, wondering what you should have said
  • You’re carrying a lot, with very little space
  • You know you’re capable of more, but you’re not fully showing up that way

What this work is about

This is about how you lead yourself in your thinking, your decisions, and how you show up in your work and life.

When that shifts, people often notice a change in how they experience their day-to-day:

  • thinking feels clearer and less reactive
  • decisions feel more grounded
  • there is less internal pressure to get everything right
  • you feel more present in conversations and situations
  • you have more space to choose how you respond, rather than defaulting

The depth of change depends on your engagement, but this work is designed to support meaningful shifts in how you operate, not just what you understand.

How this transformation happens

This work follows a clear progression — from understanding how you currently operate, to strengthening how you lead yourself, to moving forward with greater clarity and direction.


1. Self-Connection

Reconnect with yourself beneath pressure and expectations

You begin by recognising what’s happening internally, instead of automatically pushing through or trying to get everything right.

This may include noticing patterns such as:

  • second-guessing
  • perfectionism
  • pressure to prove yourself
  • constant mental replay or overthinking

From here, you begin to develop the awareness needed to respond more intentionally.


2. Inner Authority

Build self-trust and lead from within

As awareness grows, we focus on strengthening your ability to trust your thinking and act on it.

This work supports you to:

  • make decisions with more confidence
  • reduce over-preparing and hesitation
  • speak and contribute more freely
  • rely less on external validation

3. Aligned Direction

Create a way forward based on your values, vision, and priorities

With that foundation, we focus on how you move forward in your work and life.

This includes:

  • clarifying what matters most to you
  • making decisions that reflect your values and priorities
  • creating more space for life outside of work
  • taking action in a way that feels sustainable and intentional

How we work

This is a structured coaching experience designed to support both insight and real-world application.


Phase 1 – Reset your internal patterns (Weeks 1–8)

In the first phase, we focus on reducing the internal patterns that contribute to overthinking and pressure.

This includes:

  • structured mental fitness practices
  • weekly coach-led integration sessions
  • guided reflection and application

The aim is to help you:

  • recognise and interrupt unhelpful thinking patterns
  • respond more calmly under pressure
  • create more space between stimulus and response

Phase 2 – Lead yourself forward (Months 3–4)

In the second phase, we shift into more focused 1:1 coaching.

Here, we apply the work directly to your real situations at work and in life.

This may include:

  • decision-making
  • communication and presence
  • boundaries and priorities
  • career direction and next steps

  • 4 months of structured coaching support
  • Weekly coach-led integration sessions (Phase 1)
  • Individual 1:1 coaching sessions (Phase 2)
  • Practical tools to support decision-making, focus, and emotional steadiness
  • Written support between sessions to apply the work in real time
  • Optional access to a structured mental fitness tool from Positive Intelligence ®

3. Brave Belonging Collective

Ongoing Integration – €150/month

An ongoing professional community for those who want to consistently apply and live their self-leadership — not just understand it.

This space is for people who want support in applying this work in real life — not just thinking about it.

You don’t need to have completed a previous programme to join.

What matters more is that you are:

  • open to reflection
  • willing to engage with the process
  • interested in developing how you think, decide, and lead yourself

What this space offers

The Collective provides a consistent rhythm of support, reflection, and application:

  • weekly live reflection sessions to slow down and recalibrate
  • monthly group coaching to work through real situations
  • thematic masterclasses to deepen specific areas of self-leadership
  • ongoing integration of mental fitness tools to support awareness and consistency
  • access to the Positive Intelligence app to support daily practice

How people typically use this space

Members join the Collective at different stages.

Some use it as:

  • a starting point for developing awareness and consistency
  • a space to stay accountable and supported over time
  • a continuation after coaching or a structured programme

Wherever you are starting from, the focus is the same:
applying the work in your real life, with support

    Private customised coaching engagements are offered selectively and typically complement structured programme work.

    Facilitation and leadership development for teams navigating change, complexity, or collaboration challenges.
