About Anne Lassé
ACC-accredited ICF coach · evidence-based, integrative practice
I bring over ten years’ experience across landscape architecture, team leadership, and international, cross-cultural work. Having lived and worked abroad for many years, I understand the practical and personal complexity of navigating career, identity, and leadership outside familiar systems – where familiar reference points no longer apply.
My work supports thoughtful professionals as they move through periods of transition – when decisions feel heavier, familiar strategies no longer fit, and clarity needs to be rebuilt rather than forced.
I often work with people around themes such as:
- Living and working abroad
- Career direction and next-step decisions
- Leadership and self-leadership in complex environments
- Career transition or advancement
- Managing stress, workload, and responsibility
- Decision-making and goal setting without pressure

Contexts where coaching can be helpful
People often come to coaching when they are navigating periods of change or complexity – while still functioning well on the surface.
Regaining ease and perspective
When things feel heavy or constrained, coaching can support clearer thinking and a renewed sense of agency — helping you move forward with more ease and confidence.
Clarity and insight
Coaching provides space to step back, notice patterns, and gain perspective — particularly when decisions feel complex or unclear.
Navigating transition
Whether you’re facing a career change, leadership decision, or life transition, coaching can help you orient, prioritise, and choose next steps with intention.
Steady self-leadership
Developing self-leadership means responding thoughtfully rather than reactively. Coaching supports steadiness, reflection, and sustainable ways of working and living.
How I work
Coaching is a collaborative, professional partnership. My role is to support clear thinking, self-leadership, and practical orientation during periods of uncertainty or transition.
The work is paced, grounded, and shaped around your real context – focusing on clarity, alignment, and sustainable forward movement rather than quick fixes or dramatic change.
Reflections from clients
How this work is grounded
My work is informed by evidence-based coaching practice and professional training, alongside experience across design, leadership, and international contexts.
I’m an ICF-certified coach and draw on relevant research and frameworks from areas including cognitive and behavioural science, positive psychology, systems theory, and leadership development. These perspectives inform how I think and work – always applied with care, discernment, and context.
Each engagement is client-focused and shaped around real needs rather than pre-set programmes. I work collaboratively, meeting people where they are and supporting clarity, self-leadership, and sustainable ways forward.
Where helpful, Positive Intelligence®–based mental fitness tools can be integrated as part of this work, providing a structured framework for noticing patterns and strengthening supportive habits of mind.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring experience in the design industry, team leadership, and business ownership, as well as lived experience of working and parenting abroad. This breadth informs a grounded, practical approach to supporting people through complexity and change.
I also choose to donate a portion of my profits each year to charitable causes.
