About Anne
An Integrated Approach to Leadership, Change, and Self-Trust
“Change unfolds step by step, with clarity and steadiness over time”
Background & Perspective
My professional background spans over a decade in landscape architecture, working within complex, multidisciplinary environments that required strategic thinking, collaboration, and long-term vision. I’ve led and contributed to projects where impact, responsibility, and people mattered deeply – work I continue to value and respect.
Alongside this, living and working internationally, raising a family, and navigating leadership roles shaped my understanding of complexity – not just in systems and projects, but in how we relate to ourselves within them.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the human side of professional life: how people make decisions under pressure, how identity shifts during periods of change, and how clarity and self-trust can be sustained alongside ambition and responsibility.
Coaching offered a way to explore this more deliberately.
Through reflective, structured work, I developed a steadier relationship with uncertainty, decision-making, and self-leadership – learning to lead not just through competence and effort, but through clarity, perspective, and internal alignment.
Today, my work as an Identity & Transition Coach draws on this combined experience: professional practice in design and leadership, alongside evidence-informed coaching and systems thinking. I support thoughtful professionals to navigate periods of transition and complexity with integrity, discernment, and sustainable forward movement – without urgency or pressure to reinvent themselves.
My approach is reflective, relational, and grounded in real-world contexts. I work with people who value depth, continuity, and practical insight – and who want to lead and live in ways that are both effective and humane.
