Free Coaching Sessions and Discovery Sessions

Free coaching sessions are sometimes offered as promotional opportunities for potential clients. Free discovery sessions are available for anyone thinking about purchasing coaching. The following terms apply:

  • Eligibility: Limited to one session per person unless otherwise specified.
  • Non-transferability: Free sessions are for personal use and cannot be transferred.
  • Scope: Sessions are limited in time and do not include ongoing support.
  • Liability: Participation in a free session does not create a full coaching relationship, and Anne Lassé Coach assumes no liability for actions taken by the participant.

Webinars, Events and Resources

Webinar and resource access is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing of access links or reselling materials is prohibited. Refunds for paid webinars or resources will only be offered if clearly stated; otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Payment and Refunds

Payments for paid services (including coaching programmes, webinars, or resources) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. For coaching services, refer to the Coaching Agreement. Refunds for unused coaching sessions are available as outlined in the agreement, but no refunds will be issued for the Positive Intelligence Programme.

Use of Social Media

By engaging with our social media accounts, users agree to:

  • Content Use: Social media content is for personal use. Sharing is encouraged, but redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • Appropriate Conduct: Inappropriate or harmful comments will be removed, and users may be blocked at our discretion.
  • Testimonials: Comments and testimonials shared on social media may be used for marketing purposes unless the user requests otherwise.

Privacy and Data Handling

By signing up for webinars, resources, or coaching sessions, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

If services are delayed or canceled due to force majeure, users may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward future services, as applicable.
