1. INTRODUCTION AND SERVICES
1.1 About Anne Lassé Coach
Anne Lassé Coach (“I”, “me”, “my”) provides professional coaching services and community membership offerings to clients (“you”, “your”, “client”) worldwide.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any service provided by me and form a legally binding agreement.
1.2 Scope of Application
These Terms apply to your access to and participation in the following:
a) Individual (1:1) coaching services
b) Group coaching sessions
c) Facilitated community gatherings and discussions
d) Training programmes and educational content
e) Membership in the Brave Belonging Collective, which may include any combination of the above services

g) Any related content, resources, communications, and materials provided in connection with the services
1.3 Definitions of Services
For clarity, the services referenced in these Terms include:
a) Individual Coaching: One-on-one, personalised sessions focused on your specific goals, challenges, and development areas.
b) Group Coaching: Live, facilitated sessions involving multiple participants, where shared learning and reflection are encouraged.
c) Community Facilitation: Guided discussions and peer support spaces facilitated by me to support connection and reflection.
d) Training: Structured learning experiences, workshops, and educational materials designed to develop skills, insights, or knowledge relevant to your personal or professional growth.
e) Brave Belonging Collective: A paid community membership programme that integrates elements of coaching, facilitation, and training within a structured group setting.
1.4 Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service, joining the Brave Belonging Collective, registering for a programme, or using my website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not engage with or use any of the services.

2. COACHING SERVICES
2.1 Purpose of Coaching
My coaching services provide structured, professional conversations intended to support reflection, decision-making, and personal or professional development.
Coaching is client-led and forward-looking, and may support greater clarity, awareness, and intentional decision-making.
2.2 Nature of the Coach–Client Relationship
By engaging in coaching, you understand and agree that:
a) You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from or relating to the coaching process.
b) I, as your coach, am not liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect consequences of services provided.
c) Coaching Is Not Therapy: Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or mental-health care, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental-health services. Coaching does not prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any mental-health or medical condition. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other significant distress, please consult a licensed mental-health professional.
d) Coaching may address a range of areas including but not limited to work, finances, health, relationships, education, and lifestyle. You accept sole responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken in these areas.
e) If you are currently under the care of a mental-health professional, it is recommended that you inform them of the nature and extent of our coaching engagement.
f) You agree to participate in the coaching process with honesty, openness to feedback, and commitment to personal reflection and action.
2.3 Scope and Limitations of Services
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if I believe that:
a) Your needs would be better served by another professional.
b) Your situation lies outside my scope of competence or practice.
c) A conflict of interest arises or professional boundaries may be compromised.
2.4 Client Commitment and Responsibility
Successful outcomes in coaching depend on your active engagement, readiness, and willingness to participate.
Results vary between individuals, and I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or timelines.
2.5 Discovery Sessions or Connection Calls
a) Purpose: Complimentary consultations to explore whether coaching with me is the right fit; they are not coaching sessions.
b) Eligibility: Offered to prospective clients considering my services.
c) Scope: Time-limited (typically 30–60 minutes) and focused on clarifying goals and compatibility.
d) Booking and Cancellation: Scheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations are governed by the policy in Section 6.1.
e) No Obligation: Participation does not create a coaching agreement or obligation to proceed with paid services.
2.6 Promotional Coaching Experiences
From time to time, I may offer limited promotional coaching experiences in connection with workshops, webinars, or other events.
These experiences:
a) Provide an introduction to my coaching approach for participants.
b) Are typically limited to one session per person unless otherwise specified.
c) Have clearly defined parameters (e.g. duration, topic, availability).
d) Are non-transferable and offered subject to availability.
e) Establish a limited coaching relationship governed by these Terms.
I reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at my sole discretion.
2.7 Confidentiality and Applicability of Terms
All initial sessions, including discovery calls and promotional experiences, are subject to the confidentiality provisions in Section 8 and all other relevant clauses of these Terms.
2.8 Professional Standards and Credentials
a) I, Anne Lassé, am an ICF-certified (International Coaching Federation) coach with ACC credential. I have completed 82 hours of accredited coach training through Applied Life and maintain ongoing professional development as required by ICF standards.
b) I adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards of the ICF. You may view these at coachfederation.org/ethics.
c) Clients are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the ICF Code of Ethics.
d) As an ICF-certified coach, I participate in regular professional development and may be required to verify coaching relationships for credentialing purposes.

3. BRAVE BELONGING COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Membership Overview
a) The Brave Belonging Collective (“the Collective”) is a paid professional membership programme that provides structured group sessions, facilitated reflection, and community-based support for self-leadership and personal development.
b) By registering for the Collective—whether as a paying member or under a founding or promotional offer—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
c) Membership in the Collective is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
3.2 Membership Structure and Fees
a) Membership Options:
i. Monthly Plan: €150 per month, billed automatically until cancelled.
ii. Annual Plan: €1,500 per year (€300 saving compared to monthly billing), billed automatically until cancelled.
b) Promotional and Founding Offers: From time to time, I may offer limited-time or special promotional membership options, including discounted rates (such as Founding Member pricing), complimentary access periods, or other incentives. These offers are subject to all terms of this agreement unless otherwise specified in writing. Promotional or discounted rates apply only for the duration stated in the offer and will revert to the standard rate thereafter, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
3.3 Returning Members Policy
a) Access to Updated Materials: Returning members receive access to the current version of all materials, including new content added since their previous membership.
b) Positive Intelligence® Programme: Returning members may re-activate Positive Intelligence®.
c) Membership Rates: Returning members are subject to the current membership rates at the time of rejoining.
d) Process for Rejoining: To rejoin as a returning member, contact anne.l.lasse@gmail.com directly rather than signing up through the standard registration process.
3.4 Membership Benefits and Access
a) Membership includes access to core offerings:
i. Regular Community Calls
ii. Monthly Group Masterclasses
iii. Monthly Group Coaching Sessions
b) The schedule for live sessions is communicated via the community platform. I reserve the right to adjust the frequency, timing, and format of offerings as needed to serve the Collective.
c) Additional benefits or bonuses may be introduced at my discretion. These are supplementary to the base membership and may change or end without altering the core membership terms.
d) I reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice to members.
3.5 Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct
a) The Collective is intended to be a respectful and supportive environment. All members agree to:
i. Treat others with respect and dignity.
ii. Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others.
iii. Refrain from solicitation, spam, or unauthorised promotion.
iv. Avoid any discriminatory, harassing, or disparaging conduct.
v. Respect the intellectual property rights of the Collective and its members.
b) Violations may result in: (i) a warning, (ii) temporary suspension, or (iii) termination of membership without refund.
c) I reserve the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation.
3.6 Special Membership Arrangements
3.6.1 In limited circumstances and at my discretion, I may enter into special arrangements (e.g. partnerships, brand ambassadorships, testimonials).
3.6.2 These arrangements:
a) Will include clearly defined terms, conditions, and durations.
b) Remain subject to all relevant provisions of this agreement, including Confidentiality, Community Guidelines, and Intellectual Property.
c) May be terminated if these Terms or Community Guidelines are breached.
3.6.3 All members, regardless of membership type, are treated equally and must adhere to the same standards.
3.6.4 I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any special arrangement in accordance with its stated terms.
3.7 Cancellation and Membership Changes
a) You may cancel your Brave Belonging Collective membership at any time by emailing anne.l.lasse@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
b) For processing purposes, please provide at least five (5) business days’ notice before your next billing date.
c) For details on refunds and the full cancellation procedure, see Section 6 of these Terms.
d) I reserve the right to adjust membership rates or benefits with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel before your next renewal.
3.8 Transition from Complimentary or Founding Access
a) Members who have been granted complimentary or founding access will be notified in advance of the transition to paid membership, including applicable fees and renewal dates.
b) Continued participation after the complimentary period ends constitutes acceptance of the paid membership terms and associated fees.
c) If you do not wish to continue as a paying member, you must cancel before the stated renewal date to avoid charges.

4. POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® PROGRAMME
4.1 Programme Structure and Content
I offer the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Programme
The programme consists of:
a) A structured 7-week journey designed to develop mental fitness skills and strengthen awareness of habitual cognitive and emotional patterns.
b) Daily app-based exercises and weekly learning modules to integrate the core concepts.
c) Access to the official Positive Intelligence® mobile application for reflection, tracking, and guided practice.
d) Coach support, as described at the time of enrolment (e.g., weekly pod sessions and/or accountability check-ins).
4.2 Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All Positive Intelligence® materials, methodologies, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws owned by Positive Intelligence, LLC.

4.4 Programme Fees and Access
The Guided Positive Intelligence® Programme is offered as a separate paid service. Fees, payment plans, and access terms are outlined at the time of enrolment. Access to the Positive Intelligence® App is subject to the licensing terms of Positive Intelligence, LLC.

5. PAYMENT
5.1 Individual Coaching Services
a) Fees for individual coaching services are as stated on my website or as agreed in writing.
b) Payment is required in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed.
c) Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card via the payment systems made available.
5.2 Brave Belonging Collective Payments
a) I use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, to process payments securely.
b) By providing payment information, you:
i. Confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
ii. Authorise me to charge your selected payment method for the membership fees.
iii. Authorise recurring billing based on your chosen plan (monthly or annual). By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to recurring payments as outlined in your selected plan.
c) Monthly memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial sign-up date.
d) Annual memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your plan start date.
e) You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
If a payment fails, I may suspend your access to the Collective until the issue is resolved.
5.3 Currency and Taxes
All fees are quoted in Euros (€). Any applicable VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
In accordance with §19 UStG, VAT is not charged.
5.4 Late Payment
a) I reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the due date.
b) Statutory interest may be charged on overdue payments in accordance with applicable law.
c) You are responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in recovering outstanding payments.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Individual Coaching Services
a) Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
b) Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability, at no extra cost.
c) Structured programmes (including but not limited to the Guided Positive Intelligence® Programme and the Self-Leadership Immersion) are non-refundable once commenced, except where required by law. In exceptional circumstances, I may offer a pro-rata refund at my discretion for any unused sessions or programme components.
6.2 Brave Belonging Collective — Refund Policy
a) Monthly memberships: No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
b) Annual memberships: No refunds are issued once the annual plan has commenced, except where required by law. In exceptional circumstances, a pro-rated refund may be issued at my discretion, minus a €50 administrative fee.
6.3 Brave Belonging Collective — Cancellation Policy
a) Monthly Plan:
i. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing anne.l.lasse@gmail.com.
ii. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
iii. To ensure timely processing, please provide at least five (5) business days’ notice before your next billing date.
b) Annual Plan:
i. Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
ii. To cancel renewal, please provide written notice at least fourteen (14) days before your renewal date.
c) You will retain access to community materials and sessions until the end of your paid period.
d) I reserve the right to cancel your membership without refund if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
6.4 Cancellation by Me
I reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any service, programme, or membership at any time.
In such cases, a refund will be issued for any unused portion of the service unless cancellation is due to a breach of these Terms.
6.5 How to Cancel or Request a Refund
All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing to anne.l.lasse@gmail.com.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

7. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE
7.1 Individual Coaching Services
a) Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of when you join.
b) If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late, the session may be treated as cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and will not be refunded (see Section 6.1).
c) If I need to cancel a session, I will offer a reschedule or a full refund for the session fee.
7.2 Brave Belonging Collective Sessions
a) Community calls, masterclasses, and group coaching sessions are scheduled and communicated via the community platform.
b) Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
c) Recordings may be made available at my discretion. Some sessions (e.g., group coaching) may not be recorded to protect confidentiality and create a safe space.
d) I reserve the right to adjust the recording policy for any session type to meet the needs of the group.
7.3 Meeting Procedures
a) Session times and platforms will be agreed mutually.
b) For online sessions, I will send you a link to a virtual meeting room.
c) You are responsible for being present and ready at the agreed time with a stable internet connection and functioning equipment.
d) Technical issues on your side that prevent participation do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling outside the standard cancellation policy (see Section 6).

8. CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1 Confidentiality Commitment
I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information shared during coaching sessions and within the Brave Belonging Collective, subject to the exceptions below and my Privacy Policy.
8.2 Legal and Ethical Exceptions to Confidentiality
Exceptions include:
a) When required by law.
b) When there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
c) In cases of illegal activity or suspected abuse.
d) When you have given explicit consent for information to be shared.
8.3 Member Confidentiality in the Brave Belonging Collective
a) All members are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others.
b) By participating in the Collective, you agree not to disclose personal information shared by other members outside the community.
c) While all members must agree to these Terms, I cannot guarantee that others will maintain confidentiality.
8.4 Confidentiality in Supervision and Professional Development
For supervision and professional development purposes, I may discuss aspects of our work with my supervisor or in peer supervision; your identity will remain anonymous.
8.5 Use of Themes and General Insights
a) I may share general themes, insights, or learnings that emerge during coaching for educational or marketing purposes (e.g., on social media or in trainings).
b) In all cases, I will:
i. Never attribute comments to specific individuals.
ii. Remove all personally identifiable information.
iii. Present information so individuals cannot be recognised.
iv. Focus on conceptual learning, not specific personal stories.
8.6 ICF Credential Verification
a) To obtain or renew ICF credentials, I may be required to submit your name, contact information, and coaching dates to the ICF for verification.
b) No personal notes will be shared. Session recordings may be submitted to a mentor coach or the ICF only with your explicit written consent.
c) Topics from sessions may be anonymously referenced in professional development or supervision settings in accordance with coaching ethics.
8.7 Session Recording
a) Coaching sessions may be recorded only with your explicit consent, and solely for:
i. ICF credential assessment.
ii. Professional development.
iii. Quality assurance.
b) You will always be informed in advance and can decline recording.
c) Recordings will be stored securely and deleted once their purpose has been fulfilled.
8.8 Digital Communications Privacy
a) Email and messaging communications between us are considered confidential, though standard email is not fully secure. For highly sensitive matters, we can arrange more secure communication methods.
b) I use professional-grade, password-protected systems for all client communications and data storage. However, no digital system can guarantee 100% security.
c) Documents shared via email or other digital means should be considered confidential and handled accordingly by both parties.
d) I will not share your email address or contact information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for service delivery (e.g., scheduling systems, payment processing).
8.9 Use of AI Tools in Online Sessions
Some Brave Belonging Collective sessions and workshops may include the use of Zoom’s AI note-taking tool (“AI Companion”). This tool is used to create brief written summaries to support session continuity, integration of insights, and personalised follow-up.
By taking part in these sessions, you consent to the use of AI-assisted note-taking as outlined in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting me, in which case the tool will be disabled for your participation and any notes containing your personal data will be deleted.
If one or more participants withdraw consent, AI note-taking will not be used during that session.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Ownership of Materials and Content
All materials, content, tools, and recordings provided through my services or the Brave Belonging Collective are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use and Restrictions
You may use these materials for your personal development only. You may not:
a) Copy, share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
b) Record sessions without consent.
c) Use any intellectual property for commercial purposes.
9.3 Brave Belonging Collective Content Use
a) Your membership grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access Collective materials for personal, non-commercial use.
b) You may not:
i. Copy, modify, or distribute materials.
ii. Record or share live sessions without written permission.
iii. Share login credentials.
iv. Use content commercially.
9.4 User-Generated Content (Inside Collective)
a) When you post or share content within the Collective, you grant me a royalty-free licence to use it solely for the operation and enhancement of the community.
b) You retain ownership of your original contributions.
9.5 User-Generated Content (Outside Collective)
a) Testimonial Usage: By submitting testimonials, reviews, or comments via my website or social media, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for business and marketing purposes, including website display, social media posts, marketing materials, and presentations. Your name and basic non-sensitive information (such as profession or general location) may be included with your testimonial unless you request otherwise.
b) I reserve the right to edit or remove any content I deem inappropriate or harmful.
c) You confirm you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
9.6 Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on my platforms without authorisation, please email anne.l.lasse@gmail.com with:
i. A description of the work.

iv. A good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
17.2 International Clients
If you are accessing services from outside Germany:
a) You acknowledge that laws in your jurisdiction may differ and that I am providing services in compliance with German law.
b) You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws in your own jurisdiction.
c) Time-zone references for scheduling will be clearly specified, typically in Central European Time (CET) or Central European Summer Time (CEST) unless otherwise agreed.
d) Any disputes will be governed by German law as stated in Section 17.1.
17.3 Good-Faith Negotiation
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or my services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
17.4 Arbitration Process
If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules.

18.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
18.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding my services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18.3 No Waiver
My failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

19. WEBINARS, EVENTS, AND RESOURCES
19.1 Personal Use Only
Access to webinars, events, and resources (both free and paid) is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
19.2 No Sharing of Access
Sharing of access links, recordings, or materials with non-registered participants is strictly prohibited.
19.3 Refund Policy for Digital Products
Refunds for paid webinars or digital resources:
a) Will only be offered if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
b) Otherwise, all payments for digital products and webinars are non-refundable.
19.4 Right to Modify or Remove Access
I reserve the right to:
a) Change the content, format, or schedule of any webinar or event with reasonable notice.
b) Remove access to resources if terms of use are violated.
19.5 Paid Facilitated Events and Workshops
a) From time to time, I may offer paid facilitated events, workshops, masterclasses, or small-group learning experiences (“Events”). These Events may take place online or in person and may include teaching, guided reflection, coaching-style exercises, and facilitated discussion.
b) Registration and Payment
Participation in an Event requires advance registration and payment of the applicable fee through the payment methods provided. Your place is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
c) Limited Capacity
Some Events are intentionally limited in size to maintain a high-quality experience for participants. Once an Event reaches its maximum capacity, additional registrations will not be accepted unless additional places are offered at my discretion.
d) Attendance and Participation
You are responsible for attending the Event at the scheduled time and ensuring you have appropriate access to the required technology (for online Events). Late arrival may result in missing part of the Event and does not entitle you to a refund.
e) Recording
Certain Events may be recorded for educational purposes or for participants who are unable to attend live. By registering for an Event, you acknowledge that recordings may be made.
I will make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants’ personal information is not disclosed publicly without consent.
Some Events (particularly coaching-style or reflective sessions) may not be recorded in order to protect confidentiality.
f) Participant Conduct
Participants agree to contribute to a respectful and supportive learning environment. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Event without refund.
g) Event Changes or Cancellation
I reserve the right to modify the content, format, facilitator, or schedule of an Event if necessary.
If an Event must be cancelled by me, you will be offered either:
i. A full refund; or
ii. A transfer to a future Event of equal value.
h) Refund Policy for Events
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, payments for Events are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances and at my discretion, I may offer a transfer of your place to a future Event.
i) Transfer of Registration
Event registrations are personal and may not be transferred or resold without my prior written consent.
19.6 Emotional Well-being and Personal Responsibility
a) Some Events, workshops, or group sessions may involve reflective exercises, personal discussion, or exploration of thoughts, beliefs, and experiences.
b) Participation in these activities is voluntary. You are encouraged to engage only to the extent that feels appropriate for you.
c) By participating, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own emotional, physical, and mental well-being during and after the Event.
d) The content and facilitation provided in Events are intended for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or medical advice.
e) If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or mental health challenges, you should seek support from a qualified mental-health professional.
19.7 Confidentiality in Group Events
a) Events that include group discussion rely on mutual respect and trust between participants.
b) Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal information or stories shared during the Event outside of the session.
c) While all participants are expected to honour this commitment, I cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
d) Participants are encouraged to exercise personal judgement when sharing sensitive information in group settings.

20. SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT
20.1 Guidelines for Engagement and Content Use
By engaging with my social media accounts, you agree to:
a) Use content for personal purposes only; sharing is encouraged, but redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.
b) Engage in appropriate conduct; I reserve the right to remove inappropriate or harmful comments and block users at my discretion.
c) Grant permission for your public comments and testimonials to be used for marketing purposes.
20.2 Third-Party Content Disclaimer
I am not responsible for content posted by third parties on my social media platforms.
21. STRUCTURED PROGRAMMES AND COHORT- BASED SERVICES
21.1 Minimum Participation
Structured cohort-based programmes require a minimum number of participants. If minimum enrolment is not met, the programme may be postponed to a future start date or cancelled. Where cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Where postponed, you may choose either to transfer to the new start date or request a full refund.
